PaymentPop AI
AI statement analyzer · Web application
Upload a merchant statement. Get a line-by-line fee audit.

The product, from its own pages.
PaymentPop AI is the Statement Analyzer behind PaymentPop: a web application where a business uploads a merchant account statement as a PDF or CSV and receives an automated audit of its card-processing costs.
The free assessment reports the all-in effective rate and whether the statement contains costs worth challenging. The full report, a one-time purchase per statement, reads every fee line, detects the pricing model (interchange-plus, tiered, flat rate, ERR/billback, membership, surcharge, cash discount or a mix), checks network charges against a maintained reference set of Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PIN-debit rates, and separates recurring processor fees, likely hidden padding and downgrade surcharges. Every report carries a confidence level and a list of assumptions.
Under the hood it is a single-page React application with a same-origin API, user accounts with email or Google sign-in, saved reports and statement history, and Stripe checkout for the full report. Uploaded statements are processed with third-party AI services under use restrictions and may be reviewed by a person for accuracy.
