Performance is part of the design.
Fast pages are a product decision. We budget for bundle size, image weight and font loading from the first wireframe, and we measure Core Web Vitals on real devices before launch, not after.

Content-heavy sites have different constraints: editorial workflows, structured data, redirects that preserve years of inbound links, and caching that keeps a large catalog fast. We have built and run publishing platforms on WordPress and are building on EmDash for teams that want the same editor experience on modern infrastructure.
